Hi,
My internet went down when I paid tax online at 2014-04-16 16:10:56:09, but the amount was debited from my credit card. So, I paid the tax again using my credit card. There were 2 transactions in total. First one failed, amount was deducted. Second one is successful, receipt is generated. I request you to reverse the first transaction. The details of failed transaction are:
Card issuing bank: HDFC Bank
Transaction Date: 16-Apr-2014
Payment Settlement Date: 17-Apr-2014
Transaction Amount in Rs.: 4,661.00
Merchant Establishment: BBMP-PROPRITY TAX COLL
