Subject Internet payment from HDFC Bank failed

Description : Hi,
I made payment from HDFC Netbanking today at 9PM. I see that the amount has been deducted from my account. My statement shows amount 5,159.00 paid to PTax1415-BBMPMC. I also called the customer support and found the money has been paid.

Result page is http://218.248.45.170/Forms/frm_OnlinePayment_PGResponse_HDFC.aspx without any receipt. It shows "Transaction failed!! Contact Issuer Bank. When I enter my PID in BBMP website, it is again asking to make the payment. The money is already paid!

Kindly check the issue and acknowledge me on having received the money. I need the latest receipt to apply for loan. Do this at the earliest.
