Description : Hi,I made payment from HDFC Netbanking today at 9PM. I see that the amount has been deducted from my account. My statement shows amount 5,159.00 paid to PTax1415-BBMPMC. I also called the customer support and found the money has been paid.Result page is http://218.248.45.170/Forms/frm_OnlinePayment_PGResponse_HDFC.aspx without any receipt. It shows "Transaction failed!! Contact Issuer Bank. When I enter my PID in BBMP website, it is again asking to make the payment. The money is already paid!Kindly check the issue and acknowledge me on having received the money. I need the latest receipt to apply for loan.
