I raised a complaint on BBMP tax website regarding my failed transaction on April 11th for my house tax payment online. Apart from the below acknowledgement mail from onlinerevenueit@gmail.com, I have never seen any action taken on the above complaint.

The HDFC Bank has clearly mentioned that the transaction has been successfully processed from their end and there is a failure at the BBMP end. Please recredit the amount or issue a tax paid receipt for this application.
