Subject No Receipt after online payment of Property Tax and Amount deducted twice.
Complaint / Requirement

I paid my Property Tax online on the 19th of April, 2014. An amount of Rs.3096 was debited twice from my account and I did not receive a receipt for either transactions.

Could you please let me know how and where i can receive a receipt for my payment and a refund of the extra amount that got deducted?
