Hi Sir/Madam,

I kindly request for correcting the following mistakes in my 2013 Tax receipt SAS Base Application No.: 611660364
(Attachment refer to 2013_tax_receipt.pdf) 

1.) Name is spelled wrongly in Tax receipt.

     Name should be GOVINDRAJ.R but is wrongly spelled as GOVINDARAJ.R there is no 'A' after D.
     (In Attachment refer to page-1 of sale_deed.pdf and pan_card.pdf as proof of name)

2.) PID is not there in my Tax receipt but PID is: 028-W0475-1
     My Property has a PID from previous owner same pid was used during the property transaction.
     But same is not mapped in my name in 2013 tax receipt.
     (In Attachment refer to page-2 of sale_deed.pdf and old_tax_payments.pdf
     necessary details are highlighted in yellow color)

3.) My postal address is as follows (Attached a copy of my Aadhar card.)
     Please correct the same in 2013 tax receipt.
       No. 848, 2nd cross, Muniswamappa Road, Subbaiahnapalya,
       M.S.Nagar Post, Bangalore - 560 033

I had informed these problem last year when I was given the tax receipt,
but the person there informed it can be corrected during next year tax filling.

Kindly please correct these mistakes in the tax receipt so that I can proceed
henceforth paying taxes online.
