Subject BBMP Site failed to generate Receipt after online payment of tax

I have paid my property tax of Rs. 3,426 online(thru BBMP tax payment site) but receipt did not generate. I have made the transaction via Citi Bank credit card(I have attached the picture) and it has successfully passed.  Upon generation of receipt,  it failed.
