Subject 'Missing property' error, when searched for new PID with 08-09 application number

Hello Sir,

When I tried to search for new PID at http://asbpa.bbmp.gov.in/newpid/frmPidDet.aspx. I got owners name listed. But when clicked on "Fetch" button, it showed "Missing property" error. Please help.

Details:

08-09 application number: 2992774

Owner name: Lavin T P(previous owner is L Venkata Narayanan. 08-09 receipt is in his name)
