Transaction failed; Unable to get the Receipt for the Property Tax Paid using BBMP Internet Facility - BBMP Online Payment

Complaint / Requirement

I paid my property tax online from my HDFC Savings Bank account. The transaction from the bank was successful (see the jpg attached) but when it came back to BBMP page, it displayed Transaction Failed! Contact your bank.

I have attached my bank statement taken on 12th April 2014 which shows the transaction for Rs.3332.00 marked in Yellow.

My Old PID No. is: 81-14-67
I have herewith attached my previous year's tax receipt for your perusal.

I am unable to generate the receipt for the property tax paid.

I've paid Property tax on 12th April 2014, while transaction is in progress it displays Transaction Failed status and amount got deducted from my account and could not get the receipt.
