Subject Change of Address on Tax Receipt for PID : 085-W0834-45

Hi,

The property Address on the Tax Receipt has been computerised wrongly. The same was corrected last year on the Tax receipt manually by BBMP Authority. The same is not getting reflected still.  From the year 2008 to till 2013, we have submiited the application and tax receipt  xerox copy  to get the address corrected. Kindly request you to get this corrected , so that atleast Tax Receipt of the current year reflect the exact Address.

Attaching the Tax Receipt of the previous year which was Manually corrected by Authority.

 

Address of the Property to be Corrected is as below:

534, 7th Main Road, 

Behind Balaji Temple,

B.E.M.L Layout , Thuburahalli

Bangalore-560066.

I have paid my last year tax through AGARA ( horamavu ) BBMP ward office with the receipt number ( 612147724 ). They made a mistake in KHATHA number. The correct number was 208/3/4/FLAT NO-4. They missed a 4 in between.  I approched the same office so many times since last may and send mails to head office also. Also the same BBMP ward office scanned my documents and send to head office for correction. So far nothing happened. Sir now it is the time for this year tax payment. Sir please help me to correct this.
