BBMP Online Tax Payment Website not allowing to pay tax.

Complaint / Requirement

I tried paying tax for previous year 2013 - 2014 using the wesite http://bbmp.gov.in/online-property-tax-payment and i payed the tax and even got the receipt. This year I tried to pay the tax its asking for 2008-2009 application form number and I entered it and selected the owners name and click on submit I am receiving an error message "You have not paid the tax for 2013-2014". If i try for the previous year then also I am getting the same error message. Please fix this issue. Help us in paying tax online.

This is for your kind information The ARO number which you gave I tryed from past three days for the first time no body attended the call. On next day it was busy I retryed it from that that its telling the number is not in use. Please suggest.
