unable to pay property tax on line

Complaint / Requirement

I tried to pay my prperty tax on line,on submission it says that my property tax has been paid only for 2008-9 and 2009-10.I have paid on ine till 2013-14,details are as under

2010-2011 receipt no 10114700002128

2011-2012 1112490001778

2012-2013 1213590138723

2013-2014 1314690053744

maybe the records are not updated, would be grateful if yoou could advise ction to ba taken to pay me property tax for 2014-2015 on line.

I have called all the help line numbers available on the website, all of them are either out of order or disconnected

& property tax doesnot comes under this system.
