Receipt number not generated for the Property Tax Paid using BBMP Internet Facility and unable to make further tax payment

Complaint / Requirement

Dear Sir/Madam,

?I have paid the property tax for the year 2010-2011 online through Corporation Bank Debit Card . However, when I try to pay for year 2012-2013, the system gives an error stating that "The property tax for 2010-2011 has not been paid yet".

The bank transaction details for the payment for year 2010-2011 is as follows:?Date:

Payment Date : 1st Feb 2014

?Bank Transaction Number. : 201402010686760?

Application Number (2008 – 09) : 555458?

Application Number (2010-11) : 101138825929?

Amount : Rs 6947.00??

Receipt No : -

BWSSB RR number is 331678/BHS -4

Please help in resolving this issue so that the payment details for the year 2010-11 are updated in the tax records of BBMP and that I can make payment for the remaining years.??

Dear Sir,

Please visit nearest BBMP office and check for Revenue officer and explain your issues. the concerned office can fix your problem.
