Dear sir,

we have complained to various authorities right from ARO,RO, DC(Revenue),Kengeri (Hemmigepura Ward-198) regarding not able to get A Khatha, our efforts are not fruitful,I am enclosing a letter submitted to DC Regarding the same.we the residents of chennamma garden who have applied for khatha registration( with all required documents, like DC conversion certificate,Tallaghatpura village panchayath khatha,coy of title deed and Encumbrance certificate and so on.)f
